The Audio Salon proudly presents the NagraCDC Compact Disc Concept range of new CD players. These CD players are a historic first for Nagra, whose goal is to continue to complete its high-end audio product line by offering a player of uncompromising sonic quality, unparalleled precision and robustness synonymous with the Nagra brand the world over.

Nagra CD players are designed to match our elegant and refined chassis, already popular in our preamplifiers, the PL-L and PL-P. The shape and dimensions of our famous professional analogue recorders originally inspired this design. Perfection is at your finger-tips.

The mechanics of the Nagra CD players boast a multitude of original and innovative solutions. The electronics were entirely designed to respect the integrity of the CD disc and hence perfectly restitute the original recording. The solutions implemented are inspired directly from those used in the professional recorders, particularly the NAGRA VI – a new generation recorder due to be released in early 2007.

The CD players are a whole new family. Each unit is de-
signed to meet specific needs. All three players share the
same mechanical parts, only the electronics and the front
panels differ.

At The Audio Salon we are proud to represent Verity Audio’s line of high-end HiFi loudspeaker systems. Shown below are some of the Surround Sound units that were originally designed for the high-end HiFi experience, but are ideal for the home theater aficionado.

One of their newest loudspeaker systems is the Verity Audio Rienzi.

StereoTimes.com found them excellent in their ’06 Rocky Mountain Audio Fest review:

Not only did these speakers fill the room, the bass had excellent extension, power and impact. Along with this the imaging was typical Verity style being precise and spot on with good lateral spread, depth and focus. This was a speaker that I, and others in the room, all felt could provide hours of endless listening enjoyment. Beyond that – they were essentially a no-brainer and I would purchase a pair of these in a heart beat.

AVGuide.com has more.

Nonetheless the Rienzi with it’s two-way head unit sitting atop a sub-bass module was one of the prettiest voice speakers that I have thus far enjoyed at the show. Smooth, and coherent with excellent low level detail, I listened to a combination of vocal favorites, from Lyle Lovett to Rosanne Cash and came away with an appreciation of this system’s expressive midrange detail and microdynamics
